Talking with my boss the other day, I found a way to describe both a work situation and the somewhat life changing experience of the GORUCK Challenge. The lessons learned from the GORUCK Challenge:
- It could always be worse
- In a group of 30 people, there can only be one leader
- If the group doesn’t have a leader, it is your duty to step up and be the leader
