Election day suprise

Today was an interesting day on a national level. Having voted and stayed up watching for election results, and getting none from Virginia, was very, very annoying. Today, we got news that George Allen conceded the race. It’s great to feel like my vote made a difference. Does 7,000+ votes count as a razor thin margin? Can I tell my children and children’s children that I helped decide the election. I guess technically I can, but it still seems a little weird.
